This program includes throwing, hitting, pitching, speed, agility, and flexibility training. The throwing program includes a progressive long toss program and Jaeger band work for arm care and arm strength that produces a healthy arm and increases throwing velocity.

The summer program is an intense training program that focuses on every aspect of becoming a better player; nutrition, strength, speed, agility, and flexibility to help players get bigger and stronger. A professional throwing program is included that uses progressive long toss and Jaeger bands for arm health and developing velocity. Hitting, fielding, and pitching skills are greatly enhanced during this training program. This program will provide the player a glimpse of what's required to succeed at the college and professional levels of baseball.
